If you hear a slight humming noise from roof cross bars then wrap some black paracord diagonal around the crossbars.This faint noise is from any cross bars,not specific to these cross bars,its just happens sometimes with cars when the wind goes go over the cross bars.

    They look and feel solid. Time will tell.
    Install is easy, when installing them to the rails then adjusting length.
    Wish the bolts mounting to the rails were black instead of silver. Looks out of place.
