We are excited to announce that AWS IoT Device Management resources are now supported on AWS CloudFormation. With a few clicks, you can now use a CloudFormation template to pre-configure and deploy IoT fleet management infrastructure like Job Templates, Fleet Metrics, and IoT Logging settings in a standardized and repeatable way across multiple regions and accounts.
AWS IoT Device Management is a fully managed service that enables you to organize, monitor, manage, and update your fleet of IoT devices at scale. AWS CloudFormation automates the deployment of your IoT Fleet Management infrastructure. You can write a simple YAML or JSON file to deploy your IoT fleet management resources in all AWS regions where AWS IoT Device Management is available.
