I'm a beginning real estate investor who had next to zero knowledge about seller financing until I bought this on a whim. Before I had even finished the book I had toured a 6 unit multi-family and established a great relationship with the seller(which they explain in the book) who then called me on the phone and told me he wanted to sell to me directly. I submitted an LOI to him. I'm in the process of negotiating with him now but my point is is this book will give you a great over view of how seller financing/lease options work and will inspire you to realize your growth is only limited by your imagination. The most important thing of course is that you go and TAKE ACTION!

As we head into the next cycle, these strategies are definitely something you need to have unless you plan on sitting on the sidelines for about 10 years. There is truly no excuse for not being able to find deals or capital anymore. This book changes all of that!

Creative financing is an art. It requires the ability to solve complex problems on a level most investors have never considered or even know exists. With that said, if you can solve the problems there is enormous opportunity. Bill is truly one of the most creative minds in this space and his expertise in understanding the market as a whole is incredible. This book teaches you not only how to identify the opportunities but how to capitalize on them.
