I very rarely complain, but the experience I have had with this product has sent me over the edge...
I bought this product in September and it is very, very poor quality. Not only is Its a really cheap plasticy monitor, but its technically cheap too - the screen goes black for 10 seconds around 5-6 times a day when used in high resolution mode. Its incredibly frustrating !
Trying to get the product replaced is impossible and they refuse to issue a refund (stating its LG policy). I've been on to customer service around five to six times, and each time they give you the run around. For example, after literally pulling teeth, I insisted to have a technician come to my home to look at the issue and they gave me a number of a local LG approved technical facility to test the product and told me to call them to have someone come to the house to look at the problem. I called them, left a message and they never called back. When I got back on to customer service the only option they gave me was to send it to their repair facility, leaving me without a monitor for 10 days - they will not provide a loner during the repair period.
In addition, when I agreed to send it they stated that if its is damaged upon receipt, then I am fully responsible for the cost of the monitor and the repair... so if UPS or FedEx damage it in transit, its on me (NICE !).
This is a bad company with a very, very poor product. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, its garbage !
Unfortunately, the curvature of the screen is very small, and this causes the screen to look almost flat, that means that the side of the screen is harder to see and become a bit uncomfortable when using more than one computer simultaneously.
Curvature may not be an issue if you only use it on one computer but when you use two, it is problematic as you want to see both screens together.
I do not see why they would not use a more curved screen, like they have on the fantastic 35 in screens. That would help a lot when hooking up the two computers.
If you use one computer, well you will typically keep stuff more towards the middle so you would not notice this.
Now I ran a game on one of my computers and it was excellent even if it was rendered at 27" it was responsive and looked fantastic no delays no problems.
I tried on the full display but this game is not compatible so it just rendered at the max resolution supported so I cannot judge on games that do support the full resolution of this display, I would think they will be great though.
As for productivity, if you use one computer, great it will be fantastic. If you use two computers you will have some discomfort, but it is workable. This is the reason I gave 4 stars.
I used to have two 35 in curved displays and that is not beatable by this display. I needed this because I cannot put 3 displays on my desk (I need 3 computers simultaneously) so I got this one to display 2 of them at lower size (27") and then one at 35". This fits in my desk but it is, as I mentioned a bit uncomfortable.
Was on sale for an incredible value, and Beach Camera came through. They are now saved in my mind as a reputable shop and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more from them. In fact, I’m looking for a good e-mount portrait lense so imma go look at the rest of their stuff.

When it is working it is working amazingly well. However when it does not work, you want to pull your hair out.
The first issue.
For no reason whatsoever, you can lose your radial menue for swapping back and forth between inputs and have to use the horrible side menu. The only way I can ever seem to get the radial menu back is to factory reset the monitor.
Hate this. Hate it.
Second issue:
USB-C thunderbolt going to my dell work laptop. It will only work through the docking station and it usually takes multiple attempts between switching from USB-C input to Display port input.
Third Issue:
I also use the KVM functionality So my keyboard/mouse/webcam/headset are all plugged into the monitor and switch to whatever input I am currently using. With the Displayport + USB-A it works flawlessless, however with the USB-C thunderbolt the headset will certainly malfunction and cut out until we switch inputs back and forth. So when I switch to my work computer I must manually unplug my headset from the monitor and plug it into the laptop directly. This is not an issue with my home PC. It very well be Dell's problem, all I know is that it only happens running through this monitor.
So if you want to use this via USB-C thunderbolt, be prepared for some issues, especially with a Dell.
Also customer support on both ends are complete trash, LD blames Dell and Dell blames LG. I have also did a deep dive into the windows event logs and found nothing at all helpful.
Final Issue.
You really want to install Microsoft Powertoys for the Fanzy Zones feature or at the very least get windows 11. The wide sceen needs to be divided into zones for a reasonable experience.
Verdict: Maybe a little expensive for the amount of finageling you need to do to get it to work, if things just worked without the fidgetting this would be an 11/5 rating because there is no way I can go back to the old way of doing things on multiple monitors, so once it is working, it is great, it can be a massive headache to get working properly.
They need to up their driver game, or their support game to get a better than 3/5 stars.
Love this monitor! I'm not into gaming so I can't comment about that but for productivity and what I use it for the 60hz refresh rate is all right for me.
Great price for the great quality, very satisfied! :-)
